  Probably the most unprofessional staff I've ever dealt with. When you call to get information they switch back and forth between answers. My partner and I applied in office and when I walked up to one of the employee desks to ask a question she was facetiming someone and not paying attention. We applied on Saturday and they said we would get a call Monday to let us know if we were accepted or not, but we never received a call. In that period we had enough time to apply to another place, get accepted, and set a move in date. I called the office to see if I could get our application fee back, but they say they can't refund it once they've ran the application which I doubt they even did because we never received a call back. All they did was take $140 from us and gave nothing in return.
