    Absolutely horrible experience. Ordered 2 bread bowls through Uber eats. Got 2 small bowls with 2 pieces of bread and paid $17. When I called, the employee Melanie had no clue how to handle it and hung up phone on me. When I called back, a Rosa answered. I asked for a manager. She told me she was one, but yet did not have the ability to do a thing about it. She took no personal responsibility for any error. With all due respect, you advertise your business on uber eats, that brings in more revenue for your business, you should uphold good customer service to your customers. I told her we would all be leaving bad reviews and she threatened to respond to post with receipt with my son's personal info on it. I have never, ever seen such poor customer service in my life and have never been treated so poorly. Based on you're reviews, I'm not the only one. Shame on Atlanta bread for treating customers like this. Management clearly does not care. The fact that they only respond to positive reviews says enough.

    We have been regular customers of this store for many years. I am a fan of Atlanta Bread. However my experience at this store in the last few months has not been good. We usually get take out and there have been errors almost every time I have been there. I asked for sour dough bread for a sandwich and I get multi grain. If you ask for no onions, you get onions on your sandwich. Several times they left out the chips or include the wrong dressing or no dressing for the salads. You order a loaf of soup and you don't get the loaf. When you ask, they tell you they out of bread after the fact. The food has been good it's just poor prep.
